Description
Ozone system for disinfection or oxidation, custom built. Highly suitable for zoos, breweries, flower bulb companies, etc. Besides that, these systems are also used in the greenhouse horticulture for paprikas, cucumber and tomatoes. We build these systems in our workshop and then test them extensively before they are delivered. An ozone system for disinfection or oxidation has the following specifications:
- Ozone production for water cooled systems from 100 up to 3000 grams per hour (a cooling machine can be integrated if there’s no cooling water available/present)
- Ozone production for air cooled systems from 15 up to 100 grams per hour (only suitable for ambient temperatures of 25 degrees Celsius or less)
- Ozone concentration 7 up to 12% weight
- Low energy consumption and very high efficiency
- Water flows up to hundreds of m³ per hour are possible
- Extensive controls with 7″ touchscreen, controls equipped with:
- Electronic gas flow measurement
- Pressure and temperature measurement
- Ozone detection to keep an eye on the concentration in the setup room
- Remote access
These ozone systems are of very high quality and are built to be well-organised.
