Tol Watertechniek delivered and installed an ozone system for a bottling facility last month. We installed an ozone generator with a control unit. Our system had to be seamlessly integrated with the existing system with an ozone generator.
The existing injectors were replaced with venturis so the ozone system could be used on relatively low pressure (1 bar). The ozone system for a bottling facility consists of:
- Ozone generator 100 grams per hour
- Oxygen concentrator 10 l/min
- Control unit
- Injectors
The specifications:
- Use: To disinfect bottles and water with a low concentration of dissolved ozone
- Ozone production: a maximum of 100 grams per hour
- Oxygen production: 10 l/min
- Water flow rate: ~25m³/hr
