This system is a turn-key ozone system, which means it operates fully automatic. The only thing it needs is an electrical connection. The production and drying process of the compressed air are both integrated into the ozone system. The ozone system consists of the following components:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compressors<\/li>\n<li>Refrigeration dryer<\/li>\n<li>Air dryer including an oil filter<\/li>\n<li>Complete controls with a touchscreen<\/li>\n<li>Ozone generator<\/li>\n<li>Injection system including a pump, venturi and reaction vessel<\/li>\n<li>Surplus ozone destroyer<\/li>\n<li>Ozone surrounding leak detection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This ozone system was made to be used in the pharmaceutical industry, so convenience was very important. This system is now very easy to control thanks to its extensive controls and the fact that everything is integrated into this one system. Controls are equipped with multiple sensors to ensure safe operation of the system. The system is also remotely accessible to easily update software or to change parameters.
